Brockville Country Club, a prestigious social and recreational club in the heart of the 1000 Islands, seeks a seasoned General Manager to lead its operations. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial and operational success, while fostering a member-focused culture and promoting the club's reputation within the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and enhance member satisfaction
- Lead a professional team to deliver exceptional quality, service, and results
- Collaborate with non-profit boards and committees to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Manage budgets, food and beverage operations, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and membership growth
- Cultivate strong relationships with members, staff, vendors, and community partners to promote the club's values and reputation
- 10+ years of experience in golf or curling clubs, with 5+ years in an executive role
- University degree and/or CCM designation an asset
- Proven track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
