We are seeking a highly skilled Association Executive Director to join our team at Queen's University. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic planning and financial planning efforts of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Establish objectives and formulate policies and programs
- Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility
- Develop and implement financial plans
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years or more of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Dental plan

- Pension plan
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of professionals. The work setting is a university or college setting.
