We are seeking a highly skilled Association Executive Director to join our team at Queen's University. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic planning and financial planning efforts of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Establish objectives and formulate policies and programs
- Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic plans
- Manage financial planning and budgeting
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years or more of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Attention to detail
- Dental plan
- Health care plan
- Pension plan
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment at Queen's University. The position requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language:The primary language of work is English.Hours:
The position is full-time, 35 hours per week.
