We're seeking a visionary leader to join our team at Atria Retirement Canada - Kingsdale Chateau. As our Executive Director, you'll be responsible for driving the day-to-day operations of our community, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and fostering a quality-oriented workforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales and operations strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional resident experiences
- Collaborate with regional leaders to drive business results and improve operations
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Partner with community sales directors to drive business-to-business sales and growth
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in operations management with a proven track record of success
- Ability to become licensed as an administrator for assisted living within a prescribed timeframe
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet Atria's Motor Vehicle Policy standards
