- Analyze data reports on key orientation metrics such as training module completion, preceptor/joint visit hours, and new hire satisfaction levels.
This role also involves developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, adapting training approaches and delivery, and applying adult learning principles in training settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and issue-resolution abilities, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
