Job Summary

The Executive Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the CEO and Board of Directors at Windmill Microlending. This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

About the Job
  • As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and project management support to the CEO and Board, ensuring seamless operations and governance excellence.
  • You will manage the CEO's workflow, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and oversee travel arrangements.
  • You will also maintain accurate records of meetings and stakeholder engagements in Salesforce and assist in prioritizing and conserving the CEO's time.
Responsibilities
  1. Provide top-notch administrative support to the CEO, including researching and drafting briefing notes and correspondence.
  2. Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and liaise with stakeholders.
  3. Oversee travel arrangements, ensuring smooth logistics and detailed itineraries.
  4. Maintain accurate records of meetings and stakeholder engagements in Salesforce.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience providing executive support at the C-suite level.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
