Job Title: Autism Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Autism Support Worker to join our team at Syed Rashid Ali. As an Autism Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a home-based setting.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily living support, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management. You will also assist with mobility, administer medications, and engage in activities that promote socialization and independence.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily living support, including personal care and hygiene
  • Assist with meal preparation and cooking
  • Manage household chores and laundry
  • Assist with mobility and transfers
  • Administer medications as required
  • Engage in activities that promote socialization and independence
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
