Job Title: Autism Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Autism Support Worker to join our team at Syed Rashid Ali. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with ASD, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
  • Support individuals with ASD in their daily routines, including exercise and recreational activities.
  • Administer medications and provide first aid as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals with ASD, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
