Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at CRSA Global Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials across our global supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods.
- Logistics Oversight: Oversee the operational logistics of our organization, including the movement of supplies and materials between departments.
- Planning and Organization: Plan and organize the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing delays.
- Work Order Management: Track and complete work orders, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Coordination and Communication: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate and up-to-date work records and logs.
- Problem-Solving and Quality Improvement: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
- Work Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Knowledge and Compliance: Maintain knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
