Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Planner to join our team at CRSA Global Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and analyze customer orders and instructions to optimize logistics operations
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Plan and organize logistics operations, including scheduling assignments and coordinating activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
  • Track and complete work orders, maintaining accurate records and logs
  • Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Communicate with remote operations, including ships and aircraft, to ensure smooth logistics operations
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Keep track of shipments and maintain accurate records
  • Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices is essential
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of logistics software and systems
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
