Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic sales & marketing team player who can thrive in a challenging yet rewarding sales environment. As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and growing existing business relationships and customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop existing business relationships and customer accounts
  • Perform cold calls to introduce the company and product line, and to schedule a more thorough conversation with the potential customer and the rest of the team
  • Promote products and services according to the customers' needs
  • Listen to customers, analyze their needs, offer adapted solutions and seize sale opportunities
  • Answer after-sales service questions (invoicing, changes to the customer's account, provide general information, solve customers' issues or refer them to the relevant department)
  • Stay up to date on company product developments and marketing initiatives to inform potential sales strategies
  • Research prospective client companies to drive business development
Requirements
  • 2-5 Years Experience in B2B Sales
  • Project management experience and ability to solve issues creatively
  • Previous connections in the restaurant, bar, hotel, and other hospitality industries is a strong asset
  • Valid driver's license and great driving record
  • Outstanding Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hungry and motivated to pursue leads with strong self-discipline
  • Demonstrated track record of being a self-starter and taking initiative
  • Determination and resilience through long and challenging sales cycles
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and good with technology
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant Sales CRM software
