Maintenance Operations Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of day-to-day workload for the maintenance team to ensure an effective and efficient service is delivered and departmental targets are achieved.
  • Lead a team of planners and schedulers to ensure that planned preventative and predictive maintenance agendas and shutdowns are completed.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the team to drive excellence in maintenance operations.
  • Analyze equipment/downtime issues to identify root cause and develop corrective actions.
  • Apply specific technical skills as required to support issues quickly to minimize downtime.
  • Manage contractors on site to ensure they meet PepsiCo safety requirements.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to determine maintenance best practices.
