We're looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada. As a FST, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in the field, supporting our growth strategy and reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager.

Your key responsibilities

  • Maintain the fleet in the field
  • Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory
  • Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines
  • Improve measurable success to business targets
  • Document all work performed daily using company-provided hardware and software

Job location

As a FST, you will be based in our store in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada. You will travel to customer sites within this region. This position is hybrid as you will not always come into the store every day.
