About the Role:

Xerox Corporation, a leading information services technology company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive- Inside Sales to support an assigned territory in the Southwest United States. As an Account Executive- Inside Sales, you will be responsible for driving outside business-to-business (B2B) sales, managing the entire sales cycle, gaining new market share, and growing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Renew all expiring contracts within assigned accounts
  • Set appointments with key decision-makers
  • Discover, assess, and validate client needs through thorough needs analysis
  • Design and develop tailored solutions strategies to meet client objectives
  • Present, demonstrate, and propose Xerox's comprehensive range of office technology and services, including hardware, software, apps, information technology (IT), and professional services
  • Closing, negotiating, and implementing contracts to meet or exceed revenue and/or gross profit sales objectives
  • Continuously manage, strategize, refer, and conduct regular business reviews of accounts to ensure a high-quality client experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in technology to provide expert advice and solutions to clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Technology sales experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and rapport-building abilities
  • Great interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
  • Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to take calculated risks and try innovative approaches
