About CBRE

CBRE is a leading global real estate services and investment company. As a Debt Advisory & Structured Finance Analyst, you will be part of our team that provides expert advice and solutions to clients in the commercial mortgage finance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate financial information to prepare reports, opinions, and loan packages.
  • Examine financial statements, market research, and other data to create summaries, debt offer memorandums, and loan submission packages for review.
  • Prepare reports and statements for management review, including financial models for commercial and multifamily real estate transactions.
  • Study and forecast trends in the commercial mortgage finance industry.
  • Monitor due diligence and assist with the sales process from marketing to closing for each transaction.
  • Apply standard principles and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required with up to 3 years of relevant experience. Real estate sales license and knowledge of ARGUS preferred.
  • Working knowledge of fundamental real estate finance concepts, including market and investment analysis.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to work and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • Intermediate math skills, including calculating percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
