Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our team at Tommy Hilfiger. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Generate maximum sales potential while adhering to our customer service standards.
  • Client Development: Establish a loyal client base through excellent data collection and customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on products, promotions, and special events to effectively communicate with clients and drive sales.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment, adhering to our visual merchandising standards.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure adequate stock levels on the sales floor.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Representing the Brand: Maintain a professional appearance and behavior, representing the Tommy Hilfiger brand at all times.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time Management: Strong time management and prioritization skills.
