As a Senior Character Artist at Amazon Development Centre Canada ULC, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D characters that meet the game's vision and technical requirements. You will work closely with the team to establish quality benchmarks for 3D characters and adopt the latest tools and techniques to raise the quality bar in character art.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D characters that meet the game's vision and technical requirements.
- Establish quality benchmarks for 3D characters and ensure consistency throughout the game.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and techniques in character art and implement them in the game.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in 3D character production for AAA games.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating art skills and experience with character modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English.
- Experience with Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, or equivalent software.
- Ability to learn new tools and techniques and adapt to changing project requirements.
