- Greeting Clients: Greet clients and direct them to the relevant contacts or service areas in a timely and efficient manner.
- Providing Information: Provide basic information to clients and the public regarding our services and policies.
- Processing Inquiries: Obtain and process information required to provide excellent customer service.
- Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system to manage incoming calls and messages.
- Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain work records and logs, receive and issue payments, and perform data entry tasks.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
- Communication: Answer telephones, relay telephone calls and messages, and calculate billing charges.
