Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative - Supply Chain Operations, you will provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, resolving issues and answering questions related to supply chain functions. Your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries at the first point of contact in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing timely and effective solutions
- Record and assign complex customer inquiries to supply chain areas within PHSA
- Orient customers on how to navigate supply chain applications and systems
- Support other customer relations staff as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Grade 12 and three years' recent experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with multi-line telephone systems
- Ability to keyboard at 50 WPM
