Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule the distribution of goods and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, and maintain accurate internal record-keeping systems.
  • Shortages and Damages: Record shortages and reject damaged goods, ensuring that all discrepancies are properly documented.
  • Packing and Unpacking: Pack goods to be shipped and unpack goods received, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored.
  • Loading and Unloading: Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that all items are handled with care.
  • Payment and Reconciliation: Process payments for goods received and reconcile any discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in inventory control software and MS Excel.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
