Lead National Sales Director

Montreal, Canada is home to a thriving pharmaceutical industry. Tevapharm is seeking an experienced leader to drive the growth of their generics retail sales business across the country.
The OpportunityAs a Senior Director, you will be responsible for managing the sales organization and customer operations, including customer service, demand planning, sales analytics, and sales force effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) and directly oversee a team of ~50 across 3 departments, fostering a culture of performance and continuous development.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Develop and execute plans to grow generics retail sales, drive engagement, and enhance customer operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ~50, with a focus on the national retail sales group.
- Set sales goals, monitor performance, and drive initiatives to achieve revenue growth and successful product launches.
- 7+ years of sales leadership in pharmaceuticals (preferably generics), with strong knowledge of the Canadian retail pharmacy market.
- Progressively evolving leadership experience managing functions in one or more relevant business areas (marketing, product management, customer service, supply chain, etc.).
- Strong strategic and operational skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional sales teams and drive business success and innovation.
- Proven ability to lead large teams, manage budgets, and drive change.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging technology and data within the industry and understands its implications from a competitive standpoint.
Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off, is also offered.
