We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Administrator and Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team at RedRick Technologies Inc. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for creating various documents, engaging with customers, and working collaboratively with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Create proposals, responses, and other documents for sales team
- Serve as an internal point of contact for customers
- Create and send order confirmations and invoices, receive and enter payments
- Answer customer phone calls, follow up as needed, and maintain up-to-date customer records
- Follow up on accounts receivable and outstanding payments as needed
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and production team throughout the order fulfilment process
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of orders
- Manage customer expectations and understanding of the installation process
- Experience working in any sales or customer service position, engaging with customers directly
- Experience using Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Strong technical proficiency and computer literacy
- Valid Ontario G-class driver's license and a clean, insurable driving record
- Valid passport and ability to travel within Canada and the USA
- Willingness and ability to pass a criminal background record check
We offer a competitive starting salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package after 3 months probation, and vacation time will be accrued as well.
