We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Windsor, ON. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in sales and develop their skills in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
- Manage customer calls and other contact channels to achieve sales objectives
- Develop and maintain expertise in auto and property insurance products
- Input customer underwriting information into a quoting system
- Generate premium estimates and discuss product options with clients
- Sell policies based on features and company offerings
- Up-sell and cross-sell policy coverage
- Answer inquiries about coverage, deductibles, processes, claims, etc.
Requirements
- High School diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
- Proven sales success
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset

- Base salary range of $45,000 to $50,000 plus commission for licensed candidates with insurance experience
