About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Iconic Security Services. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations and ensure a swift and effective response.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required.
  • Problem-Solving and Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Supervision and Team Management
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 3-4 people.
