Job Summary

Pioneer on the Run is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and authorizing returns
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues
  • Organize and maintain store inventory, including stockroom and visual merchandising
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of store staff, including office and volunteer personnel
  • Manage cash handling and ensure accurate financial reporting
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment
Work Environment

Pioneer on the Run is a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Store Team Lead, you will be expected to work in a standing position for extended periods, with regular breaks to maintain productivity and customer service standards.
