Vertex is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to calculate, prepare, and issue account-related documents, such as invoices, inventory statements, and account statements, using computerized systems.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for coding, totaling, batching, recording, and verifying transactions, such as accounts payable, payroll, orders, checks, invoices, check requests, and statements banking.

Additionally, the Accounts Payable Clerk will compile budget data and documents based on revenue and expenditure estimates and previous budgets, and prepare cost or periodic statements or reports.

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and be able to respond to customer requests for information, maintain good customer relations, and resolve problems.

  • Compile budget data and documents
  • Prepare cost or periodic statements or reports
  • Respond to customer requests for information

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

Working Conditions:

Day position, permanent and full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
