Accounts Payables Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payables Clerk to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an Accounts Payables Clerk, you will be responsible for processing a large volume of invoices, following up on statements of accounts, and settling requests from your immediate superior within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process a high volume of invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Follow up on statements of accounts from various suppliers on a daily basis
  • Settle requests from your immediate superior within established deadlines
  • Work with a chart of accounts to properly allocate invoices
Requirements:
  • DEC/AEC in Accounting or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with Sage 50 or other ERP systems (an asset)
  • Bilingualism (an asset)
