Job Title: Digital Director Performance Media

At Dentsu International, we're on a mission to drive business performance through data-driven strategies. As our Digital Director Performance Media, you'll lead a cross-disciplinary team to create personalized and connected experiences that deliver transformative business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients, investment, and audience leads to set strategy, develop measurement frameworks, and create a learning agenda.
  • Manage analytics business for a portfolio of clients, adapting to business challenges with agility and direction.
  • Advise clients on econometrics and attribution of their media directly to their media planning & business efforts.
  • Collaborate across the dentsu network to bring in automation and support clients in complex analytics projects.
  • Steward development and ongoing management of our unified data infrastructure, directing engineers to deploy data sources and architecture.
Requirements:
  1. Post-secondary degree or diploma in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analysis, Media, or related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role with a focus in media or digital.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey and package technical findings in simple terms.
  4. Understanding of all planning and buying, with a focus on standard media metrics in social, search, display, TV, connected TV, video, print, OOH/DOOH, etc.
  5. Experience with Data Visualization software and dashboard building (e.g., Tableau).
  6. Expertise in relational databases and a requisite programming language (e.g., SQL, R, or Python).
  7. Extensive experience with statistical modelling techniques.
  8. Well-developed communication skills: the ability to communicate complex data challenges and insights to an executive level audience.
  9. Proven track record of achievement in the management of teams in a data-driven agency environment.
