About the Job
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Safety Officer and senior-level managers in providing administrative support. This dynamic individual will be responsible for managing calendars, planning events, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential documents.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Provide effective communication and customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and conferences.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of three years' experience in executive administration, preferably in a public sector environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Van Docs, Share Point, and SAP software applications.
