Assistant General ManagerAs a key member of the Kangaroo team, you will play a vital role in growing our campus-focused business. Working closely with your fellow student General Manager, you will provide critical support to local marketing and operations. You will be organized, creative, passionate, and self-disciplined, with a growth mindset and a willingness to be coached and trained to maximize your potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Marketing Plans: Increase brand awareness and diner acquisition through effective marketing strategies.
- Recruit and Train Local Ambassadors: Help create content to promote Kangaroo and oversee local ambassadors.
- Organize Events: Build a community and experience around the brand through events and activations.
- Support Local Restaurant Partners and Courier Network: Collaborate with local restaurant partners and courier network to ensure seamless operations.
- Completed at least one (1) year of undergraduate studies.
- Experience in marketing and/or communications, or a demonstrated competency and passion in this field.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of your local campus market.
- A growth mindset: willingness to be coached and trained to maximize your potential and the potential of the local business.
- An ability to effectively manage your time: balancing academic and professional requirements and asking for help when necessary.
