Cybersecurity Network Architect for Operational Technology

New Value Solutions, a leading IT consulting company in Canada, is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Network Architect to join our team and help our clients centralize and govern OT/IT systems.
We are looking for an expert who can optimize terminal networks, support technology advancement, and ensure robust cybersecurity in collaboration with operational technology partners.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 10 years of experience in the Information Technology field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Network Engineer in an Operational Technology environment.
- A strong understanding of HMI, PLC control systems, including Rockwell Systems and Factory Talk.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, implement, and maintain operational technology (OT) and (IT) networks in accordance with industry best practices and company standards.
- Configure and manage Cisco Firepower security appliances to ensure the integrity and security of OT networks.
- Deploy and maintain Cisco UCS servers to support various OT applications and services.
- Administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies, within OT networks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or control systems engineering.
- Industry certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent, are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Rockwell and HMI systems and their integration into OT networks.
