Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Practical Nurse to join our Surgical Day Care team at Humber River Health. As a key member of our surgical team, you will provide excellent patient care and contribute to our commitment to medical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scrubbing duties as part of the surgical team
Requirements:
  • Graduate from a recognized Registered Practical Nursing two-year diploma program
  • Current Registered Practical Nurse registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Minimum of 2 years recent surgical experience required
  • Current BCLS certification
  • Demonstrated good organizational skills and problem-solving skills required
  • Demonstrated good interpersonal skills with an ability to work well with a variety of staff, patients, and visitors
  • Excellent attendance and discipline-free record required

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $36,929 - $37,466 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
