Join Our Team as a Senior Client Representative

At Marsh, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Client Representative to join our team. As a key member of our client service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operational activity of a book of accounts, ensuring high-quality outcomes and maintaining service standards.
  • Proactively manage client accounts from pre-renewal to post-bind activities, achieving quality, compliance, and productivity.
  • Efficiently execute the renewal process, ensuring timely documentation and payment to insurers.
  • Engage with clients, providing sales-centric service and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver operational excellence and champion a 'How can I help' attitude.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of account management/coordination experience in commercial insurance.
  • Commercial and Damage license or Broker license (or ability to obtain within 3-6 months).
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and clear communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and comfortable working with technology solutions.
