The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating and project management of various projects from bid to completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project estimating - identifying bid opportunities, analyzing plans & proposals, assessing risks/opportunities, defining scope of work, soliciting subcontractor and supplier bids and overall preparation of bid submittals
  • Project management - leadership of project safety & employees, coordination of resources, risk management, CPM schedule, monitoring subcontractor and supplier performance
  • Comprehensive project budget tracking and analysis
  • Maintaining good client business relationships as well as cultivating new business opportunities
  • Managing client expectations and negotiating toward successful outcomes
  • Demonstrating a commitment to Safety, Environment, Quality Assurance and Quality Control
