As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the estimation and project management process from bid to completion. The successful candidate will also lead project safety initiatives, coordinate resources, manage risk, and monitor subcontractor and supplier performance. Additionally, they will be responsible for comprehensive project budget tracking and analysis, managing client expectations, and negotiating toward successful outcomes.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in construction operations management and estimating from a contractor's perspective. A post-secondary education in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a commitment to quality management, and the ability to ensure timely project delivery within budget.
