This role will support the Director, New Platform Innovation by developing and executing marketing strategies for disruptive product innovations.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies for new innovation platforms.
- Leverage consumer insights, market trends, and strategic goals to drive the success of new innovation platforms.
- Develop and manage the launch plans for new products, ensuring seamless execution with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze emerging food and consumer trends to inform future innovation opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and sales teams to bring innovations to market, ensuring seamless handoffs from ideation to commercialization.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within CPG or food industries.
- Category management (4Ps) and P&L ownership experience.
- Strong marketing acumen with demonstrated success in executing go-to-market strategies in launching innovative products.
- Expertise in consumer insights and trend analysis.
- Strategic thinking with excellent product management skills.
- Entrepreneurial and Growth mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
