Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Oceans Fresh Food Market. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, market research, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and improve market share
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to engage with customers and stakeholders
  • Direct the marketing strategies of our establishment to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
  • Manage budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Develop and implement promotional materials to drive sales and increase brand awareness
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a business development or marketing role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
