Job Title: Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team at Oceans Fresh Food Market. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing market research data to improve business decisions and activities, conducting economic or commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products or services, and developing communication strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and activities
  • Conduct economic or commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products or services
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to drive business growth
  • Direct the marketing strategies of establishments and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Supervise staff and train them to achieve business objectives
  • Manage budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Develop and implement promotional materials to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions to increase brand awareness
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a business management role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and data analysis software
