Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Amioun Holdings Limited. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of more than 20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
- Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure that our restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service to ensure that our customers return to our restaurant.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and increase sales.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and attention to detail required.
