We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Vision Centre team as a Vision Care Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the operation of our Vision Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and respond to phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with the booking of eye appointments and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized Vision Centre, including filing, cleaning, and display management.
  • Provide assistance to customers with their Vision Centre requests, including frame selection, accessory sales, and repair services.
  • Facilitate effective communication between vision centre staff, customers, and doctors.
  • Process transactions using advanced POS technology, including interaction with benefits systems.
  • Maintain layaway accounts and perform technical measurements of eyewear.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
