Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Purelife Cleaning and Maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising cleaning staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, or arrange for the training of cleaning staff to meet our high standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our workers to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
