Job Title: Business Performance Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Performance Manager to lead our team in supporting the immediate and future needs of the business from a process and transactional perspective within Aftermarket Parts and Component Repairs and Overhaul (CRO). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts and Planners, and will work closely with functional business heads to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Business Analysts in defining processes and KPIs for the business, creating weekly exception reports, and supporting management of Parts and CRO Pricing tool.
  • Work with Alstom IS/IT and external service partners to coordinate System Change Requests, Incident Tickets, and ensure that proposed/delivered solutions fulfill business needs/requirements.
  • Administer and implement all Alstom SAP tools as required by the business.
  • Lead a team of Planners in monitoring inventory and planning system, creating and managing production orders, and maintaining master data.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve KPIs/processes and implement new business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong people skills with ability to coach and problem solve, building an autonomous team.
  • Strong IT skills including familiarity of the MS Office suite.
  • 5 years SAP knowledge and other ERP systems required.
  • Business Analyst experience.
  • Must be organized, able to plan and prioritize work using results-driven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, green/black belt experience an advantage.
