The Opportunity
This person will ensure new writers and editors meet our quality standards and serve as the go-to resource for our internal recruitment team.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee and support our remote resource network
- Onboard new contributors
- Interviewing freelancers
- Track and fill requests for new remote contributors
- Ensure new hires adhere to Valnet standards
- Investigate and vet new freelance job boards
- Manage remote team budget and operations
- Work collaboratively with Senior Operations Recruiter, Operations Manager, Managing Editors, legal, and HR resources
