Job Summary

Summa Metal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing technical and construction documents, coordinating with subcontractors and contractors, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain technical and construction documents, including customer drawings, internal drawings, and QR guidelines.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics, including purchase of materials and consumables.
  • Prepare and submit bids and quantity surveys.
  • Conduct site measurements and coordinate with other subcontractors and contractors.
  • Manage contract amendments, including classification of documentation and preparation of extras.
  • Prepare payment requests and completion documents.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in construction and project management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written).
