About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Summa Architectural & Structural Metal Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Site Management
    • Oversee site operations, including construction, installation, and testing
    • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals
    • Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
    • Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and financial summaries
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in construction project management
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
