Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Security Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our security management efforts and ensuring the safety and security of our rail infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive security management plan to protect our rail infrastructure and assets.
  2. Lead a team of security professionals to ensure the effective implementation of security protocols and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including law enforcement and emergency services.
  5. Provide strategic guidance on security matters to senior management.

Requirements

  1. 15 years of experience in security management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  2. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective security management plans.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Education and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as security management or a related field.
  2. Advanced degree, such as an MBA or MS, is preferred.
  3. Professional certifications, such as a Certified Security Professional (CSP), are desirable.

  • English - Proficient
