We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Security Guard to join our team at Condor Security Inc.
Job SummaryThe Chief Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This includes coordinating security activities, supervising security personnel, and maintaining a high level of security awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate security activities and ensure a high level of security awareness
- Supervise and train security personnel to ensure they are equipped to handle emergency situations
- Develop and implement security protocols to prevent and respond to security incidents
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure work environment
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
The Chief Security Guard will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and employees.
