Job Title: Chief Security Guard

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Security Guard to join our team at Condor Security Inc.

Job Summary:

The Chief Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of security guards, responding to emergency situations, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide technical advice
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Prepare and submit progress reports
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a security-related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment:

The Chief Security Guard will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
