About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Creekers Bistro. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Recruit and manage food service staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns.
  • Prepare and submit reports on restaurant performance, providing insights for improvement.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30-44 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, with the ability to walk and stand for long periods.
