About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Carl's Jr. as a Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Lead and Motivate a High-Performing Team

Supervise and train a team of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Ensure Quality Control and Customer Satisfaction

Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and ensuring that customer complaints are resolved efficiently.

Maintain Accurate Records and Reports

Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in a Food Service Supervisory Role
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
